Financial Follow-up Report I & II

• This is a facility to corporate users to enter the details of the Financial Followup Requests(FFR – I &II).
• FFR – I or FFR -II can be submitted Independently.
• There is no option for the users to partially fill in Financial Follow-up Report I
• Partially Filled form of FFR-II is available for editing.
• The Financial Follow-up Reports details entered by the maker have to be authorized by the authorizer.
• At the time of authorization, the authorizer will also be required to upload the signed PDF document of the Financial Follow-up Reports.
• Please note that this is only a facility to submit Financial Follow-up Reports online. For any further enquiries relating acceptance/rejection of the statement by the Bank, please contact the branch/business unit concerned.

• This facility is for corporate users to enter the details of FSMTL (Follow-up Supervision & Monitoring ‑ Term Loans).
• The FSMTL details entered by the maker has to be authorized by the authorizer.
• At the time of authorization, authorizer will also be required to upload the signed PDF document of FSMTL Reports.
• Please note that this is only a facility to submit FSMTL online. For any further enquiries relating acceptance/rejection of statement by the Bank, please contact the branch/business unit concerned.
